Falsely Advertise on Functionality

The app does not do what it advertised. By disruption, the app just annoyingly sounds off (like an alarm goes off) and nothing else special like locking the apps or screen.

Cant believe Apple even allows someone to sell this on the App Store. Very disappointed.
